Primitive doll making dates back long before you or I ever thought of making a doll. Everyone has a different idea of what "old" or "primitive" should look like. Each artist has their own interpretation when they are designing primitive dolls.
No matter what style of primitive you prefer you can't help but love a raggedy doll made from painted & sanded or tea dyed muslin and/or homespun with crooked button eyes, a slanted smile or a wobbly head. For you country doll lovers there is something here for you too.
